30 Shots to Win 2025 Raffle Rules

1. Ticket purchase cost is $100.
2. Limit of 1000 tickets will be sold, numbered 000 to 999.
3. Raffle is void where prohibited.
4. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket
5. Your unique 3-digit ticket number will be emailed to the address provided when you purchase the ticket online.
6. Tickets purchased in person are already individually numbered. You will have to provide a name and contact information for notification if your number is drawn.
7. Prizes are new, factory made, standard type firearms. No custom calibers or designs will be awarded. Each firearm has been assigned as the prize for a specific date’s drawing
8. Winning ticket numbers will be announced each day beginning April 1 and continuing through May 1. (There will be no drawing on Easter Sunday, April 20).
9. The winning number for the raffle will be determined by the daily Louisiana Lottery Pick 3 winning numbers. The raffle winner will be the participant whose ticket number matches all three numbers exactly in each day’s Pick 3 game, which are announced at 9:59 pm daily. For example, if the Pick 3 number drawn is 456, the ticket with 456 will win the raffle. Winners will be notified via the contact information they provided the following business day.
10. Each ticket is eligible for all 30 drawings, so an individual can win more than once.
11. Winners must be at least 18 years old to take possession of a rifle or shotgun, and at least 21 years old to take possession of a handgun.
12. Winning ticket holders under 21 years of age are not eligible to win a handgun. If their name is chosen as the winner of a handgun, they may choose another firearm (non-handgun) of equal or lesser value, or take a gift card option.
13. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, and intend to use the firearm only in a safe and legal manner. A valid ID and background check are required to claim the prize.
14. All firearms won are subject to availability and 30 Shots to Win reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
15. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
16. Winners can pick up their firearm prize at The Gun Cave at Lake Charles Tackle (4959 Common Street, Lake Charles), a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State Laws will apply, including the state laws of the legal residence of the winning ticket holder.
17. At no time will 30 Shots to Win take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle.
18. In the event that 30 Shots to Win is unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility of the winning ticket holder to contact 30 Shots to Win through the website or email provided on the website to claim their prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE THE WINNING TICKET IS IDENTIFIED.
19. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize.
20. If the firearm listed becomes unavailable, one of equal value or equal value of store merchandise will be substituted.
21. 30 Shots to Win makes no warranty of firearms. Winners will deal directly with the manufacturer if a problem arises.
22. 30 Shots to Win makes no claim of firearms suitability of the purpose of the firearm won.
23. 30 Shots to Win limits any and all liability to the purchase price of the ticket purchased.
